Do you have pricing packages?

In short, no. My prices are ‘à la carte.’ I believe in custom-building each wedding for my client’s specific needs and requests. With a pre-built package a couple could be paying for more than they need. With that being said, when multiple services are bundled together I can offer discounts to suit your budget.
It’s never too early to book any vendor that you’re 100% certain you want to use. Typically, my clients book me about 12-18 months in advance but sometimes it’s as early as 24 months. My advice is to book your vendors once you’ve decide you want to use them. The longer you wait, the more of a chance you take that they may be booked by someone else.

How far in advance does the DJ arrive to setup for a wedding?

When you book me for your wedding, I am yours for the day. I typically arrive 3 hours prior to start time but I can arrive as early as 5 hours before start time depending on the size of the setup. A basic DJ setup only takes about one hour to complete but sometimes there can be lengthy load-in procedures that the venue requires vendors to follow. Additional equipment such as ceremony sound systems, cocktail hour sound systems, up lighting, dance floor lighting, etc., also take extra time to setup. For this reason, I like to arrive extra early to give myself ample time just in case any unforeseen issues arise.
For all you tech nerds out there, my main wedding setup consists of a 2019 MacBook Pro, Serato DJ Pro software, Pioneer XDJ-DZ controller, 2 Sennheiser wireless microphones, HK Audio sound system, Chauvet DJ FreedomPar wirelessly controlled battery powered up lights and many other bells and whistles that help me rock the house 🙂

Will you have backup equipment with you?

Absolutely. In the unlikely event of equipment failure backup equipment is just a few steps away. As a side note, I’ve been DJing weddings for over twenty years and have never once had a piece of equipment fail on me at an event. Mostly because I take pristine care of all of my equipment but also because I always like to have the latest and greatest. Newer products are less likely to malfunction.
